Update 5.29.14

Dear Sunset Point Homeowners,

When the association was turned over to the homeowners in 2010, it was managed by Aesir Property Management.  At that time, we decided to continue our business relationship with that company.  Unfortunately, the service Aesir provided has been subpar at best.  There was little to no proactive contact from their company and they were slow to respond to inquiries. 

Despite efforts via several phone numbers and multiple email addresses, Aesir has not responded to any of my requests for updates over the past several months. No budget was created for 2013 and no bills were sent out.  

Because of this, I have contacted five management companies for proposals.  Once I have at least two proposals, I will call a meeting to:

·         Present the budget
·         Elect new officers and board of directors
·         Recommend a property management company
·         Discuss any concerns

     Mowing of the vacant lots is the responsibility of the investment company that owns them.  I contacted the realtor and asked that someone contact me regarding the maintenance.
